Just a quick message to say that our trip to South Africa was wonderful.  All the arrangements worked very well and we were very pleased with the local services offered by your agents. Car hire at Durban went well and we managed a long trip upcountry to see Rorkes Drift and Isandlwana battlefields 4 hours there and five back.  Last 25kms of the outward leg took over an hour o­n a very poor road!!   As you know we were a little apprehensive about the leg from Durban to Jo'burg when we were to be the o­nly travellers with a guide and car.  No problems, the guide, a guy called Malcolm Nebel, was great, a dry wit, very careful about all aspects of the trip and very good company.  Majority of hotels excellent. 

The Vic Falls section worked well, Your local agent very good and despite the very poor economic situation there we were looked after well.

The icing o­n the cake came with our return flight to the UK.  Virgin had overbooked VS602 and offered us two vouchers valid for 18 months for  direct Virgin Atlantic flights anywhere (except to Sydney) if we flew home o­n a Nationwide flight instead.  Needless to say we took up the offer!!
