Depart London Heathrow for your overnight flight to Johannesburg.
Day 2 (Sat)
JohannesburgYou will be met on arrival at Johannesburg Airport and transferred to your hotel. The rest of your day is at leisure. Perhaps take an optional afternoon city tour including a view from the “Top of Africa”, and a guided tour of Constitution Hill, a national heritage site where the painful transition to democracy can be traced, including Old Fort Prison where Nelson Mandela and colleagues were held.

Day 3 (Sun)
Johannesburg – Kruger National Park
Leave Johannesburg via historic Dullstroom, Lydenburg and over the Abel Erasmus Pass. Continue through magnificent mountain scenery en route to your private hotel near Kruger National Park. Enjoy tea and a late afternoon open vehicle game drive. Breakfast and Dinner Included

Day 4 (Mon)
Private Game Lodge – Mpumalanga
Take an included early morning bush walk to learn about some of Africa’s smaller species. After breakfast continue to Kruger National Park for game viewing. An optional early morning game drive by open vehicle may be taken (own account) before breakfast and your departure. Travel the beautiful Panorama Route through the Drakensberg mountains exploring Blyde River Canyon, Three Rondavels, Bourke’s Luck Potholes and God’s Window. Continue to the pretty, historic town of Pilgrim’s Rest and the Mac Mac Falls before arriving in Sabie. Breakfast & Dinner Included

Mpumalanga – Johannesburg
Enjoy a hearty breakfast overlooking the Sabi River before departing for Lone Creek Falls. Continue over Long Tom Pass, to the towns of Lydenburg, Dullstroom and Witbank to Johannesburg arriving mid-afternoon. Breakfast Included

A private transfer is included to the airport for your mid-morning flight. You will be met on arrival at Victoria Falls Airport and be transferred to your hotel. Afternoon at leisure. Optional tour to "African Spectacular" tribal dancing is available. Breakfast Included

After breakfast a guided tour and walking safari of Victoria Falls is included. The Falls themselves are 1.7 kilometres wide with nearly 550 cubic metres of water per minute crashing 100 metres into the Zambesi River Gorge.Enjoy an fternoon sunset cruise on the Zambezi River.Breakfast Included
Day 9 (Sat-Mon)
Johannesburg – Port Elizabeth
Transfer to the airport this morning for your flight Johannesburg with a onward connection to Port Elizabeth in the Eastern Cape. Transfer to your hotel where the remainder of your day is at leisure to explore the “friendly city” at the eastern end of the Garden Route. Breakfast included.

Day 10 (Tues)
Port Elizabeth to Knysna
Begin your westward trip along the famous Garden Route, a strip of stunning scenery hemmed in between mountains and the Indian Ocean. The route stretches between the Slang River near Heidelberg in the west and Storms River near Port Elizabeth in the east. Start at Paul Saur Bridge, 130 metres above Storms River Gorge. Visit a forest of giant 800 year old Outeniqua Yellowwood trees in Tsitsikamma National Park. Continue via Bloukrans Bridge – site of the world’s highest bungee jump - to Plettenberg Bay and Nature’s Valley. Arrive late afternoon in Knysna. Breakfast included.

Knysna
Knysna has a superb location on a lagoon with high cliffs flanking the entrance from the sea. Today a cruise across the lagoon to Featherbed Nature Reserve is included. Ride to the top of Western Head and stroll down through the milkwood trees with awesome views of the lagoon, the Heads and the Indian Ocean. Southern Right, Humpback or Brydes whales may be seen offshore from June to November. Lunch is included in your tour. Breakfast & Lunch included

Knysna - Oudtshoorn
After breakfast visit the vast limestone Cango Caves and take a guided Ostrich Farm tour before continuing to Oudtshoorn, Breakfast and dinner included

Oudtshoorn – Cape Town.
